The association holds an annual meeting, which is a scientific gathering lasting two to three days, planned well in advance. During the meeting, multiple research papers on a specific topic or various topics are discussed. On the sidelines, the association also holds its annual general assembly. The theme of the conference is ‘The Economic Impacts of Contemporary Transformations: Prospects and Aspirations,’ which addresses a range of important economic issues in light of modern global changes.

It will be held from September 10–11, 2025, at the University of Business and Technology – Corniche Branch, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
